From experience, I know firsthand how important preserving your loved one's memory is. I understand the heartfelt moments of your loved one should be honored and preserved forever. I will provide detailed instructions necessary for sending/delivering your flowers and provide the upmost respect and detail that you desire in your preservation requests.

I will help guide you with choosing how to choose which design best suits your flowers. Once I receive the florals I start the dehydration process immediately. Once everything is complete, I will return any leftover remains back to owner and will return left over flowers if requested or you can choose to donate towards noncommission pieces.

I understand the rush of excitement and wanting to relive that day over and over again and cherishing anything left over from your special day! Planning a wedding is a ton of work and after all the money spent on florals, let me help you preserve them and get that burden off your shoulders of what in the world to do with all of them after the occasion has ended.  I will provide detailed instructions necessary for sending/delivering your flowers.

How soon should I book floral preservation before an event?

When you book the rest of your vendors! I have a lot of brides tell me they booked me before a florist and that is totally okay! It is better to book sooner than later due to the limited availability. Yes, I am still booking 2024 & 2025

​Do you take custom orders if it's not a large event or arrangement?

   Absolutely! I have over 50 customizations and design choices available to create a special keepsake unlike any other. If you don't find what you need in my gallery, please reach out for more options! I would love to create something one-of-a kind that celebrates your unforgettable moment forever.

   I'm local in Lexington, do I still need to ship my floral arrangement/ashes?

        No, we can arrange local delivery or drop off options.

​

    How does shipping work?

                    Depending where you are from, you will be responsible for the overnight shipping fee. Ashes do not need to be overnight shipped.

​

    Will everything I send be used?

                    Upon arrival I preserve all florals I receive and will assess every flower and choose the healthiest looking blooms and greenery to use in the design. Anything extra will be returned with the order unless stated otherwise, I do appreciate left over florals to use on display and noncommission pieces.

   I've already had my event or I want to recreate my bouquet to be preserved.

      I can totally assist with that! If you have a photo of the arrangement or ask the florist what type of flowers were used, I will try my best to recreate your exact bouquet. I can always use any previously dried flowers. 

​

    I don't have a large order, might just want to order a few simple things.

       That is perfectly fine. Either shoot me an email of what you are thinking or browse my gallery or shop for some examples of what you could order. Don't see what you're looking for? Just ask!

   What special care is needed for my preservation?

  Keep all items away from heat. I always recommend your pieces are kept out of direct sunlight. This can cause the resin and flowers to discolor over time and the color of the flowers will fade. 

​

  Will my flowers change color once they are dried?

In order to preserve flowers, they need to be dried for days-weeks. I start this process the second I receive them. This is to eliminate any moisture which would result in the flower fading/molding once secured inside the resin or shadow box. During the drying process some flowers will change colors or become very thin. White flowers can become translucent or off-white/cream. Red flowers can turn dark red, pink to turn red/purple etc. Color correction is an option if that is a concern.

Please keep in mind all pieces are hand crafted and a very lengthy process. If you are on a time crunch or have a deadline, I need to know that from the beginning. Every single piece I handle with great care. Some small imperfections may occur such as bubbles.
